Antinflammatory recipe with Garlic

Garlic Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 1 big sweet potato (about 1 kg)
  • min 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Fresh parsley (minced)

Directions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan and sauté garlic until soft. Do not brown. Set aside.
  • Sauté potatoes and turmeric in olive oil until potatoes are brown.
  • Add garlic and sprinkle with parsley.

This garlic sweet potatoes recipe is a very good anti-inflammatory recipe.
